How we run hands-on AI training

The segments are adjusted to add up to two hours. The four-hour workshop alternates two theory blocks with two hands-on challenges. In specialization sessions, theory takes about 20 minutes, extendable depending on the topic, and the rest is practice.

Frequently asked questions about the AI training
Do we need previous experience with AI?
No. In the diagnosis we look at each profile's starting point and adjust the program to the people taking part.
How do we choose the program?
The 4-hour workshop helps you decide priorities and criteria for use. The 12-hour program is practice on several challenges from your work. The 18-hour one adds specialization. If none of them fits, we design a custom one.
How are the challenges adapted?
We agree them before closing the program, based on your tasks, areas and priorities. The more information you give us, the closer the exercises will be to your day-to-day work.
Which tools do we work with? Do we need paid accounts?
You don't need to arrive with a tool already chosen. We work with the ones you already use or assess the ones that best fit each challenge: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or others such as Perplexity or Mistral, and Power Automate or n8n for automations. Some sessions make use of paid features; if you don't have them, we adapt the exercise to free versions when possible, with different capabilities. Licenses are not included.
Do you cover responsible use and legal aspects?
Yes. They are part of the practice: which personal or confidential data can be used, how to verify the results, when not to use AI and what the AI Act involves. The focus and governance workshop covers them in more depth.
Can the training be funded through FUNDAE (Spanish training credit scheme)?
Yes, partially. The training can draw on the FUNDAE (Spanish training credit scheme) credit your company already has available each year; your company handles the funding paperwork itself.
As a reference, if the team members have training hours available, the funding reaches up to €6.50/h per person for online training and up to €13/h per person for in-person training. The final amount is calculated from the people attending each session, and we review it when preparing the proposal.
Can it be in person?
Yes. Travel, accommodation and logistics are quoted separately.
Can we go back to the sessions afterwards?
Yes. We record the online sessions and send you the files via Google Drive or WeTransfer so you can keep them at your company. You also keep the documentation and materials.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Each participant receives an individual certificate listing the workshops or sessions completed. It is issued based on attendance.
What is the AI use inventory?
A way of recording the company's AI applications: purpose, owners, tools, data used and review criteria. You take away the methodology and a template to apply them at your company.
Does it include implementation or follow-up support?
The training does not include software development, integrations or full implementation. To apply what you have learned you can hire mentoring or consulting by department; development projects are defined separately.
How do mentoring and consulting work?
They are one-hour sessions that start with a specific goal and end with that goal worked through. When needed, we leave the next steps in writing. Online mentoring is recorded; in-person sessions are not recorded by default. In consulting we use voice recordings to prepare the follow-up report.
Mentoring: €120 per session or €500 for a five-hour bundle. It is optional, comes after the training and is not part of the training fundable through FUNDAE (Spanish training credit scheme).
