Contact forms and website assistant
If you write to us through the contact assistant or the website forms, we will process the data you provide: reason for your enquiry, size of your company or organisation, sector, timeframe, preferred contact channel, name, email or phone number, company and message, together with the page of origin and, where applicable, the campaign parameters of your visit.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We will keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your request.
Enquiries are recorded in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet (Google Ireland Limited), acting as data processor, and notified to us by email. Google may carry out international transfers to the United States covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you decide to book a meeting, scheduling is handled by Calendly LLC, which is only loaded if you request it and whose terms and cookies apply when you use its service.
AIOP beta early access form
If you request priority access to the AIOP beta through the form available on this website, we will process the data you provide (profile, name, email address, company or organization and the answers you choose to include) for the sole purpose of managing the early access list, contacting you in connection with product testing and notifying you when it becomes available.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form and which you may withdraw at any time by writing to info@armoniats.com. We will keep these data until the AIOP testing program ends or until you request their erasure, whichever occurs first.
These requests are stored in a private spreadsheet in the Google Workspace service (Google Ireland Limited), which acts as a data processor. Google may make international transfers to the United States covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Web analytics and cookies
If you accept it in the cookie notice, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) to obtain usage statistics: pages visited, interactions with the website's elements and the origin of visits. In Clarity, forms are masked: what you type in them is not recorded.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give through the cookie notice and which you may withdraw at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, without this affecting your browsing. Both providers act as data processors and may make international transfers to the United States covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details of the cookies used, their purposes and retention periods can be found in the cookie policy.
How do we collect your information?
We collect your personal information through different means, but you will always be informed at the time of collection, by means of information clauses, about the data controller, the purpose and legal basis of the processing, the recipients of the data and the retention period of your information, as well as how you can exercise the rights you have in relation to data protection.
In general, the personal information we process is limited to identification data (first name and surname, date of birth, address, national identity document (DNI), telephone and email), contracted services and payment and billing data.
In the case of staff management and recruitment, we collect academic and professional data in order to meet the obligations arising from maintaining the employment relationship or, where applicable, from your joining our staff.
Armoniats uses social media, and this is another way of reaching you. The information collected through the messages and communications you publish may contain personal information that is available online and accessible to the public. These social networks have their own privacy policies explaining how they use and share your information, so Armoniats recommends that you consult them before using these networks to confirm that you agree with the way in which your information is collected, processed and shared.
User responsibility
By providing us with your data through electronic channels, the user warrants that they are over 14 years of age and that the data provided to Armoniats are true, accurate, complete and up to date. To this end, the user confirms that they are responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated and that they will keep this information duly updated so that it reflects their real situation, being liable for any false or inaccurate data they may provide, as well as for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may result.
How long do we keep your information?
At Armoniats we only keep your information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with the legal obligations imposed on us and to address any liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data were collected.
If you wish to join our staff and apply for one of our positions, the data provided will become part of our employment pool and will be kept for the duration of the selection process and for a maximum of 5 years, or until you exercise your right to erasure.
In any case, and as a general rule, we will keep your personal information for as long as there is a contractual relationship binding us or until you exercise your right to erasure and/or restriction of processing, in which case the information will be blocked, without being used beyond its retention, for as long as it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or while some form of liability that must be addressed could arise.
Who do we disclose your data to?
In general, at Armoniats we do not share your personal information, except for those disclosures we must make on the basis of legal obligations imposed on us. However, in order to develop and provide you with the service requested, your data may be disclosed to other partner companies and/or startups, under an NDA. You may notify us of your objection to the disclosure of your data, although in that case it would not be possible to provide you with the service requested. Likewise, your personal information will be available to the public authorities, judges and courts in order to address any liabilities arising from the processing.
International data transfers
As a general rule, we do not make international transfers of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The exceptions are the use of Google services for the AIOP beta early access form and, if you accept analytics cookies, the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services, described above and covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?
Data protection legislation allows you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and of objection to and restriction of processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where applicable. These rights have the following characteristics:
- Their exercise is free of charge, unless the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g. repetitive in nature), in which case Armoniats may charge a fee proportional to the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act
- You may exercise these rights directly or through your legal or voluntary representative
- We must respond to your request within one month, although, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months.
- We are obliged to inform you of the means available to exercise these rights, which must be accessible, and we may not refuse to let you exercise a right solely because you choose another means. If the request is submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided by these means where possible, unless you ask us to proceed otherwise.
- If Armoniats does not act on your request, it will inform you, at the latest within one month, of the reasons for not acting and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a Supervisory Authority
The rights you may exercise are: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to erasure (the right "to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to portability and the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions.
To exercise your rights, Armonia Tech Solutions S.L.U. provides you with the following means:
- By written and signed request addressed to C/ Rosari, 69 — 46011 Valencia (Valencia), Ref. Ejercicio de Derechos LOPD (Exercise of Data Protection Rights).
- By sending a scanned and signed form to the email address info@armoniats.com, indicating "Ejercicio de Derechos LOPD" (Exercise of Data Protection Rights) in the subject line.
In both cases, you must prove your identity by enclosing a photocopy or, where applicable, a scanned copy of your national identity document (DNI) or an equivalent document, so that we can verify that we only respond to the data subject or their legal representative, in which case a document evidencing the representation must be provided.
Likewise, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, we inform you that you may lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority by contacting, for these purposes, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
How do we protect your information?
At Armoniats we are committed to protecting your personal information. We use reasonably reliable and effective physical, organizational and technological measures, controls and procedures aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and safeguarding your privacy.
In addition, all staff with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations in relation to the processing of your personal data. All these security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure that they remain adequate and effective.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and no security system is impenetrable, so if any information processed and under our control were compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to investigate the incident, notify the Supervisory Authority and, where applicable, notify the users who may have been affected so that they can take appropriate measures.
